Dr. Magdy is a hair-care shop. By browsing or sending a purchase request you agree to this policy. You should be of legal age, or supervised by a guardian, to order.
Products and prices
We list shampoo, conditioner, hair oils, hair color, and hair-loss care. Prices are in Egyptian pounds and may change. Stock shown on the site can differ when we confirm your request.
Orders
Checkout on this site is a request only. Sending the form does not complete a paid sale. We will contact you to confirm items, delivery, and cash on delivery. We may decline a request if an item is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong.
Delivery
Delivery timing is agreed when we call or message you. Failed delivery after repeated attempts may cancel the request.
Returns
Unopened hair-care products in original packaging may be returned if unused and if we agree when we confirm the order. Opened personal-care items generally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
